Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Ankur Agrawal has joined Accenture as AVP – HR Service Delivery.Agrawal brings nearly two decades of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, HR service delivery, stakeholder management, and workforce planning. Over the years, he has built a strong career across leading technology, consulting, and professional services organizations.
Prior to joining Accenture, Agrawal served as Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Xactly Corp, where he contributed to global hiring strategy and talent acquisition leadership. Before that, he worked with SLK as Associate General Manager – Talent Acquisition, strengthening recruitment operations and hiring effectiveness.Earlier, Agrawal held the role of Leader, Talent Acquisition at Cisco, where he supported talent strategy and hiring initiatives. He also worked with EY as Assistant Director – Talent Acquisition, contributing to recruitment leadership and people-related business support.
A significant part of his career was spent with Deloitte India (Offices of the US), where he served as Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager for nearly six years. He also worked with Collabera as Assistant Recruiting Manager, gaining extensive experience in recruitment delivery, talent sourcing, and team management.His early professional journey includes serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sterling Hoffman Software Consultant India (Private) Limited, where he built foundational expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
With his strong background in HR service delivery, talent acquisition, and recruitment leadership, Agrawal is expected to contribute significantly to Accenture’s people operations and HR delivery capabilities.
