Irvine, California, United States, February 2026 — Caylent has announced the promotion of Ann Carpenter to the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With nearly two decades of experience in technology services, Ann brings a proven track record in revenue marketing, brand development, strategic partnerships, and cloud ecosystem growth. In her expanded leadership role, she will lead Caylent’s brand evolution, demand generation, thought leadership, and high-impact storytelling centered on measurable customer outcomes.
In January 2026, Ann Carpenter stepped into the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Caylent, after steadily growing her leadership portfolio within the organization over the past nearly three years. Prior to her elevation, she served as VP, Alliances and Marketing, where she played a central role in driving partner strategy, refining market messaging, and aligning go-to-market efforts with growth outcomes.
Before that, she served as VP, Alliances at Caylent, where she was instrumental in maturing the company’s partner programs and strengthening Caylent’s position in the cloud ecosystem. During this period, she contributed to evolving Caylent’s messaging around AI-first solutions and Applied Intelligence, while also supporting growth initiatives including the company’s partnership with Anthropic and deeper collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Prior to joining Caylent, Ann spent close to four years at Navisite, where she held roles including Senior Director, Global Alliances and earlier Director of Demand Generation. In these leadership positions, she built demand generation engines, strengthened alliances strategy, and delivered integrated marketing programs aligned with measurable business outcomes across the cloud services landscape.
Earlier, she served as Senior Manager, Global Marketing at N3, and also held a role as Senior Marketing Manager at Ally Commerce, strengthening her expertise in marketing strategy, B2B growth initiatives, and integrated campaign execution.
Ann also spent about two years running her own independent demand generation work through Carpenter-Diem, where she focused on generating leads, developing content, and analyzing program performance while working globally—living in a new country every two months.
In earlier phases of her career, she worked as Integrated Marketing Manager at Internap (INAP) and as Senior Marketing Specialist at I.B.I.S., Inc. Additionally, she has also worked as Finance Director for a U.S. Senate campaign, contributing to early professional grounding in leadership, execution discipline, and stakeholder management.
As CMO, Ann will continue to focus on brand evolution, thought leadership, revenue marketing, pipeline acceleration, and storytelling that highlights Caylent’s measurable customer impact. Her approach blends deep partnership acumen with strong GTM execution, aligning demand generation, partner enablement, and strategic narrative to accelerate market positioning and growth.
