Stockholm, Sweden, September 2024 – Anna Ericsson has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources Sweden at SiriusPoint, where she will oversee HR operations and drive talent management strategies across the Swedish division. With a deep background in human resources leadership, Anna brings valuable experience that aligns with SiriusPoint’s mission of fostering a dynamic and engaged workforce.
Before joining SiriusPoint, Anna held the role of Senior HR Business Partner (interim) at Intenco, where she led HR transformation projects across key business units for approximately 1 year. Her work focused on enhancing employee engagement and creating a more agile HR function.
Prior to that, she was the Head of Talent Management (interim) at Linde, where she led talent development strategies for nearly 1 year, focusing on succession planning and leadership development to ensure the company’s long-term growth.
Anna also spent around 1 year as the HR Manager HR Operations & Analytics at GlobalConnect, where she streamlined HR processes and implemented data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
In her earlier career, Anna worked for HL Display for over 7 years in various HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner for Central Europe and the Middle East, where she played a key role in regional HR strategy and talent management.
