Prior to her new role at Montgomery College, Hamilton showcased her leadership and technical prowess at Howard Community College, where she served as Director, User & Network Services from September 2022 to March 2024, and briefly as Associate Director in March 2024. Her tenure at Howard Community College was marked by significant improvements in user and network services, setting a solid foundation for her responsibilities at Montgomery College.
