With deep expertise across professional services recruitment and talent advisory, Anna-Marie brings a strong record of shaping inclusive, data-driven, and high-impact recruitment ecosystems.
Anna-Marie moves into this role after serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Blick Rothenberg for over three years. At BR, she led the full recruitment lifecycle, drove the employer brand strategy, built proactive pipelines across all service lines, strengthened diversity hiring frameworks, automated hiring processes, and partnered closely with People & Culture, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to build a progressive, insight-driven, and inclusive talent engine for the organisation.
Before joining BR, she spent more than eight years at Michael Page, where she advanced through multiple leadership roles including Senior Manager, Manager – Professional Services, Managing Consultant – Tax, and Senior Consultant. During her tenure, she specialised in recruitment for Big 4, Top 10, and Top 100 accountancy firms across London, built strong relationships with partners and senior leaders, and led high-performing teams driving talent acquisition across specialist markets.
Earlier in her career, she began as a Consultant at Michael Page, recruiting tax and specialist market talent across Oxford, St Albans, and the broader London region. Her early consulting experience laid the foundation for her expertise in stakeholder management, market intelligence, candidate engagement, and advisory-led recruitment solutions.
