In her new capacity, she will spearhead global people strategy, culture, talent, and organizational development initiatives across Jellyfish’s expanding international operations, leveraging her deep expertise in human resources, leadership, and transformation.
Annabelle brings with her over 15 years of experience in people leadership roles across diverse organizations. Prior to joining Jellyfish, she served as People Director at OLIVER Agency, where she led strategic HR transformation and cultural alignment for over two years. Her role focused on succession planning, stakeholder management, and employee engagement across a hybrid global team.
Before OLIVER, Annabelle was associated with Inside Ideas Group Ltd, where she held multiple senior roles including Head of People – EMEA & Global Clients, Senior People Partner – EU Markets & IIG Global Clients, and Interim Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Her time at Inside Ideas Group demonstrated her strong capabilities in cultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence, strategic HR planning, and building inclusive workplaces.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership positions at Epsilon Telecommunications, Fung Group Europe, and Vattenfall Wind Power Ltd, gradually advancing through roles such as HR Manager – EMEA, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Administrator. She began her career with Three Cs Support as an HR Assistant, gaining early experience in operational HR functions.
