Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Annapurna J has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Serentica Renewables, strengthening the company’s leadership as it scales operations in India’s fast-growing renewable energy sector.
In her new role, Annapurna will lead the company’s people strategy, organisational development, and talent transformation initiatives, supporting Serentica’s ambitious growth and expansion plans in the clean energy space.
Bringing over two decades of diverse experience, Annapurna has built deep expertise across M&A integration, workforce strategy, digital HR transformation, and cultural change initiatives. Her appointment reflects Serentica’s focus on building a future-ready, agile organization aligned with the evolving demands of the renewable energy landscape.
Most recently, Annapurna held leadership roles at Mahindra Group, where she served as Head – Group Talent and Diversity & Inclusion, and earlier led Talent & Organization Effectiveness for Mahindra Logistics. Prior to this, she spent over six years at Vodafone Idea Limited, where she played a pivotal role in shaping people strategy, leading post-merger HR integration, and driving transformation across multiple business units.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at International Paper, IBM India Pvt Ltd, Broadcom, and HCL Technologies, where she contributed to large-scale HR transformation, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Annapurna’s extensive experience across industries and geographies positions her well to lead Serentica’s people agenda as the company accelerates its growth trajectory in renewable energy.
