Toronto, Ontario, Canada, September 2025 – Anne Burpee has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer at Experior Financial Group, where she will be instrumental in driving the company’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term growth. With a career spanning more than two decades, Burpee brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership, restructuring, regulatory compliance, and capital markets, making her a valuable addition to Experior’s executive leadership team.
Prior to joining Experior, Burpee served as Principal at goCFO Consulting for over 11 years, where she provided tailored CFO services and strategic advisory to a wide range of public and private organizations across industries such as insurance, real estate, retail, and technology. Her portfolio includes leading financial restructuring initiatives, raising $45M through public share issuance, negotiating a $20M private debt contract, and implementing compliance frameworks such as AML and investor governance systems.
She also served as Interim CFO at CareSpan Health Inc., where she successfully guided the healthcare technology company through a reverse takeover (RTO) process to achieve its public listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. This role showcased her expertise in financial compliance, capital markets, and investor relations.
Earlier in her career, Burpee held senior financial leadership roles as CFO at CardioComm Solutions, CFO at Non-Linear Creations (now Valtech North America), CFO at South Western Insurance Group Limited, and Vice President Finance at Global Aerospace. In these roles, she demonstrated strong financial transformation, governance, and operational leadership capabilities.
She began her career in the insurance industry, holding roles such as Vice President & Treasurer at Markham General Insurance, where she gained experience in strategic planning, governance, and ERP implementation. Alongside her corporate career, Burpee has also contributed to academia as a Professor at Centennial College School of Business, teaching Accounting, Auditing, and Corporate Finance at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Burpee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot-Watt University, adding academic rigor to her extensive professional expertise.
