Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 — Siemens Healthineers has announced that Saurabh Dongre has stepped into a new leadership role as General Manager – Head of Talent & Leadership Development | People & Culture | India Zone. In this position, he will focus on strengthening leadership pipelines, accelerating talent development, and advancing key people and culture priorities across the India Zone.
In his new mandate, Saurabh Dongre will lead initiatives spanning talent and leadership development strategy, leadership capability building, and programs that enable sustained organizational growth. His work will support the development of future-ready leaders while reinforcing a strong culture and high-performance practices within the organization.
Prior to joining Siemens Healthineers, he spent a decade at Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW), where he held progressive roles across organization development and leadership programs. Most recently, he served as Senior Consultant, contributing to leadership archetype and succession design, organization transformation, and culture change programs. Earlier at BGSW, he worked as Manager and Deputy Manager – Leadership & Organization Development, supporting flagship leadership development programs, organizational interventions, and mentoring and career development platforms.
