Berlin, Germany, April 2025 – Anne Hafner has taken on a new role as Head of Talent & Organizational Development at Enpal, bringing with her over a decade of deep expertise in learning strategy, leadership development, and systemic coaching. In this role, Anne will be responsible for advancing Enpal’s organizational culture and talent development architecture, enabling high performance across functions as the company continues to grow as a European leader in clean energy innovation.
Anne has been with Enpal for more than two and a half years, most recently serving as Team Lead, Learning & Development (Sales Enablement / Sales Excellence). In that role, she led numerous impactful initiatives, including the restructuring of a high-volume onboarding program that improved conversion rates by 30%, the rollout of a leadership development program for 100+ leaders, and the successful implementation of an AI-based communication tool saving over 8 hours per person monthly. She also scaled the Sales Academy from 2 to 10 team members and built competency frameworks, coaching systems, and internal L&D structures.
Prior to her time at Enpal, Anne served as Learning and Development Manager, where she built the L&D department from the ground up and introduced strategic leadership training initiatives. She also worked as a Project Manager for the Academy at Knorr-Bremse, where she led major change and digital transformation projects across learning platforms and internal communications.
Anne has held several other strategic and coaching-focused roles at organizations such as CoachHub, Deutsche Bahn, and Campari Group, and is the founder of Copal, where she continues to coach professionals on leadership growth.
