Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, March 2025 – Anne Heijman has been appointed as Head of People & Culture (a.i.) at Etpa, a leading power exchange platform driving innovation in short-term electricity trading. In this interim role, she will lead the people and culture strategy, ensuring a strong, dynamic, and engaged workforce as the company continues to expand its impact in the energy sector.
Prior to joining Etpa, Anne Heijman served as Head of People & Culture at felyx, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies for the urban mobility company. She focused on organizational culture, leadership development, and HR transformation, ensuring a people-centric approach to business growth.
Alongside her corporate roles, Anne has been a Freelance Business Psychologist at Het Ontwikkellab since 2019, specializing in leadership coaching, talent development, and HR advisory. She has also contributed to academia as a Lecturer in HR Analytics at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, sharing her expertise in data-driven HR decision-making.
Her experience includes consultancy roles at Talogy (previously Cubiks PSI) and HR leadership positions at Frits, Icemobile, and G-Star, where she gained extensive experience in talent management, HR business partnering, and learning & development strategies. Her deep expertise in talent assessment, organizational culture, and leadership coaching makes her an excellent fit for Etpa’s evolving HR landscape.
