Le Locle, Neuchâtel, Switzerland, October 2024 – ZENITH Watches has announced the appointment of Anne Noyer as Chief People Officer. In her new role, Anne will oversee the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives at ZENITH, focusing on talent management, organizational culture, and leadership development to drive the company’s continued success. Anne brings a wealth of experience from her previous leadership roles in HR across various prestigious companies, contributing to her strong expertise in shaping high-performing teams.
Before joining ZENITH Watches, Anne served as Head of Human Resources for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics for nearly seven years. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, she led HR functions for one of the world’s most renowned luxury goods companies, playing a pivotal role in driving talent strategy across the region.
Prior to her role at LVMH, Anne was Human Resources Director at Puig, where she led HR initiatives for around five years, first in Paris, France, and later in Dubai, overseeing the Middle East operations. Her focus was on developing HR frameworks and employee engagement programs that aligned with the company’s vision.
Earlier in her career, Anne spent over four years at Diageo, where she served as HR Manager for Diageo Guinness Continental Europe and played a key role in the company’s decision-making processes as Decision Support Manager.
