Houston, Texas, United States, October 2024 – Nexus Health Systems has announced the promotion of Kevin McAndrews to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this capacity, Kevin will oversee all aspects of human resources, including leadership development, employee engagement, and strategic HR operations, across Nexus’ network of hospitals and medical-model residential treatment centers. His leadership will be critical in supporting the company’s workforce while continuing to foster an inclusive and productive environment.
Kevin McAndrews brings over 25 years of human resources leadership experience to his new role. He has been with Nexus Health Systems since May 2015, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources. During his tenure, Kevin played a pivotal role in HR strategy, benefits design, change management, and employee relations, ensuring optimal workforce performance and aligning HR policies with the organization’s goals.
Prior to joining Nexus Health Systems, Kevin served as Vice President of Human Resources at Renaissance RX, where he led the development and execution of HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee training. His leadership was instrumental in driving HR transformation across the company.
Kevin also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Wound Care Specialists, where he oversaw all HR functions, including recruitment, employee retention, and performance management. Additionally, he has extensive experience in HR leadership roles at Medical Management Options (MMO) and Phenomenex, where he successfully managed global HR operations and strategic HR initiatives.
