Boston, Massachusetts, United States, September 2024 – Gravyty has announced the appointment of Dominique C. Jones as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role, Dominique will lead the human resources function, driving strategic HR initiatives and helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation at Gravyty. With a deep commitment to employee engagement and talent development, she is expected to further enhance Gravyty’s mission of empowering institutions and organizations through streamlined engagement and stewardship.
Before joining Gravyty, Dominique served as Chief People Officer at BusPatrol, where she led the HR function during a period of rapid growth. She was instrumental in building the people side of the business, scaling the team, and driving engagement for a company focused on enhancing child safety through innovative technology.
Dominique also held the role of Chief People Officer at HEXO Corp, where she spearheaded the HR function during a critical time of expansion in a newly regulated industry. She successfully onboarded over 1,000 employees per year and developed talent strategies to support HEXO’s ambitious growth plans.
In addition to her corporate roles, Dominique has also served as an Executive Advisor and Consultant, providing strategic HR guidance to various rapidly scaling software and consumer goods companies. Her expertise has helped organizations navigate growth while maintaining strong HR frameworks and leadership development programs.
Dominique’s earlier roles include HR leadership positions at MBNA Canada, Amec Foster Wheeler, and JCB, where she gained extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and recruitment strategies.
