Southington, Connecticut, United States, January 2025 – Annette Ruchwa has been appointed as the Vice President, People Success at COCC. In her new role, Annette will lead the company’s people strategies, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and maintaining COCC’s award-winning workplace culture.
Annette has been with COCC for over 12 years, holding progressive leadership roles in the HR department. Prior to her promotion, she served as AVP, People Success for nearly 3 years, where she played a pivotal role in overseeing HR operations and employee wellness initiatives. Before that, she held the role of Human Resources Manager, managing benefits administration, employee leaves, and workforce development programs.
Earlier in her career at COCC, Annette served as a Human Resources Supervisor and Senior Human Resources Generalist, where she was responsible for day-to-day HR operations, benefits management, and employee engagement strategies. She began her tenure as a Human Resources Specialist/Generalist, showcasing consistent growth in leadership and HR expertise.
Before joining COCC, Annette worked as a Sr. Benefits Administrator/Advocate at USI Consulting Group, and previously held HR leadership roles at Bernie’s Appliance/TV and Environmental Systems Products, focusing on employee relations and benefits administration.
