New York, United States, March 2025 – Annie Bonjavanni has been promoted to the role of Associate Director, Human Resources at JAMS, a leader in alternative dispute resolution. In this elevated capacity, Annie will oversee HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, drive compliance, and support companywide talent strategies.
Annie has been an integral part of JAMS for over 11 years, steadily rising through roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Regional Human Resources Manager, where she partnered closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR support across compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, and talent planning. She also played a central role in enhancing employee engagement and leading organization-wide HR systems initiatives.

Prior to this, Annie worked as Talent Development Manager, where she successfully spearheaded staff-wide training programs and transitioned JAMS’ orientation and learning models to virtual platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic. She was instrumental in curating wellness initiatives and DE&I programming, fostering a culture of inclusion and growth.
Earlier in her journey, Annie held roles as Talent Development Specialist, Case Manager, and Case Coordinator, demonstrating a strong foundation in both client-facing operations and internal team development. Her diverse background across case management and administrative functions has given her a holistic view of the organization’s needs.
