London, England, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Edward Stockwell-Clark has taken on the role of Vice President of Learning and Development at GWI, where he will lead the company’s strategic initiatives to align learning with business goals, drive impactful programs, and foster a culture of growth and innovation. Edward will play a key role in leadership development, sales enablement, wellbeing, and DE&I programs as part of the senior leadership team.
Edward steps into this new role after serving as Head of Global Learning at GWI for nearly three years, during which he successfully designed and implemented learning strategies across the organization. His tenure saw advancements in leadership coaching, sales enablement, and DE&I programs, significantly contributing to employee engagement and organizational development.
Before GWI, Edward held senior positions at WeWork, where he served as Global Delivery Senior Lead and Learning Partner for UK & Ireland, focusing on delivering global L&D solutions and improving organizational change management and talent development.
He also served as Learning and Development Specialist at John D Wood and held various leadership roles in the real estate sector with Hamptons International, Andrews Estate Agents, and Spicerhaart. His diverse background in both HR and business development has enabled him to bridge learning and business outcomes seamlessly.
