Before joining Rise Strategy Group, Annie McDonell served at Related Midwest for approximately 11 years, where she held roles of increasing responsibility. As Director of Marketing, she led strategic initiatives for brand positioning and external engagement. Her earlier tenure as Marketing Manager contributed to high-profile marketing campaigns and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Previously, Annie worked as Marketing Coordinator at Johnson & Bell, Trial Lawyers, where she played a pivotal role in attorney marketing, event planning, business development communications, and digital content management. She also managed client outreach, helped drive new business through cross-selling initiatives, and supported firm-wide marketing operations.
