Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2024 – Anshima Khare has joined Coupang as the new HR Head – India. With extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic management, Anshima will oversee all HR functions in India, including recruitment, retention, training and development, total rewards, and employee engagement to support Coupang’s strategic goals and enhance its workforce capabilities.
Anshima Khare has commenced her role as the HR Head – India at Coupang. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, she will lead HR strategies to drive organizational success.
Previously, Anshima served at Flipkart for over six years, holding various positions. As Associate Director HR, she played a pivotal role in enhancing HR processes and improving employee engagement. She also served as Senior Human Resources Manager and Manager HRBP, contributing significantly to the company’s HR functions and strategic initiatives.
At Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Anshima was an HR Information Systems Officer, where she managed HR operations, SAP ERP implementation, organizational development, and project management over an eight-year tenure.
Anshima’s earlier career includes internship experiences at Citi, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Wipro Technologies, and Nestlé (India) Ltd, where she gained valuable insights into various HR functions and strategic initiatives.
