Melissa Gee Kee Appointed as Chief Talent, Development, and People Analytics Officer at Unilever

London/Netherlands, August 2024 – Melissa Gee Kee has been appointed as the new Chief Talent, Development, and People Analytics Officer at Unilever. With over 16 years of dedicated service at Unilever, Melissa brings a wealth of experience in human resources and a proven track record of strategic leadership in talent development and HR analytics.

Melissa’s impressive journey with Unilever spans over 16 years. Her most recent position was as Chief Human Resources Officer – Global Ice Cream, where she led HR strategies for the global ice cream division for over two years. Prior to this, she served as Vice President HR – TUI (Turkey, Unilever Central Asia (Unica) and Iran), managing HR operations across diverse regions for nearly four years.

Melissa also held the role of Strategy Director to CHRO & Global HR4HR Director, where she partnered with the CHRO to drive global HR initiatives. Her earlier roles include Leadership and Organisation Development Director – South East Asia and Australasia, and Leadership Development Manager – UK & Ireland, where she played pivotal roles in talent management and leadership development.

Before joining Unilever, Melissa was the Head of Coaches at The Mind Gym Ltd and served as Human Capital & Development Manager at Seven Seas Co., Ltd. She began her career as a Training and Development Consultant at Microsoft KK (Vendor – contracted through Seven Seas Co., Ltd) and as Manager – Corporate Training Division at MLS (Japan).
