Darcie brings over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, where she has led human resources and people organizations, driven product innovation, and supported international expansion efforts.
Darcie has held executive roles at Fortune 50 and public companies such as Amazon and Snapchat, as well as pre-IPO at Flexport. At Amazon, she scaled the HR function globally, including spending over five years in Europe, supporting international expansion and M&A efforts, and led HR initiatives to build a world-class people organization that fostered rapid innovation in technology and teams to better support customers.
In her subsequent roles as Chief Human Resources Officer at Snapchat and Flexport, she was pivotal in evolving the executive teams, developing multi-year people strategies, creating operations roadmaps, and introducing end-to-end processes that align the people to the business strategy. Darcie’s experience building executive teams, people teams, and hiring technical talent has been a focus throughout her career.
