New Delhi, Delhi, India, May 2025 – Bloom, a next-generation hospitality-tech platform, has announced the appointment of Anshul Rinwa as Vice President Human Resources. In this new role, Anshul will lead the company’s people strategy across its rapidly growing portfolio of 50+ hotels in India, focusing on building high-performing teams and aligning HR initiatives with Bloom’s technology-driven hospitality vision.
Anshul has been with Bloom for over seven years and most recently served as General Manager Human Resources. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in scaling Bloom’s talent infrastructure during a period of rapid expansion, driving strategic workforce planning, performance culture, and digital HR integration across hotel operations.
Before that, he worked as Manager HR & Training, where he enhanced learning frameworks and established systems for continuous employee development. His earlier experiences include roles such as Training Manager at Hospitality Collaborous and a long tenure at Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he held key positions including Training Manager, Assistant Manager Training, and Assistant Manager Food & Beverage Service, honing his expertise in hospitality operations and talent development.
Anshul holds an Executive Management Program certification in People Strategy and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
