Cumming, Georgia, United States, February 2026 — Meredith Lyon has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nomadic Talent Partners, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy and human resources function to support its expanding healthcare workforce solutions business.
Prior to this appointment, Meredith has been serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Purpose Water™, where she has been responsible for advancing HR strategy and organizational development initiatives in a fast-growing environment. Her experience spans human resource development, operational leadership, and cross-functional business management.
Earlier in her career, Meredith held leadership roles at Soliant and RayBiotech Life, Inc., where she combined people leadership with operational and scientific expertise. At Soliant, she oversaw teams supporting healthcare marketing and account management functions, strengthening organizational performance and client partnerships. At RayBiotech Life, Inc., she worked as a Clinical Research Scientist, contributing to the development of COVID testing products and research initiatives.
She also previously served in operational and research roles at L & M Granite Company and Scale Lab, managing finance and operations while collaborating on long-term scientific research projects. These diverse experiences have shaped her multidisciplinary approach to leadership, blending analytical rigor with people-focused strategy.
Nomadic Talent Partners is a healthcare workforce solutions company specializing in temporary and contract staffing for diagnostic imaging, molecular imaging, and theranostics departments.
