Milan, Lombardy, Italy, May 2025 — Antonio Bogi has been appointed as Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer at Sammontana S.p.A., taking on a pivotal role to steer the company’s HR and organizational strategy in a period of strategic transformation and growth. Based in Milan, Antonio will focus on shaping people policies, talent development, and operational alignment to further strengthen the company’s workforce effectiveness and culture.
Antonio brings nearly 25 years of international HR experience across sectors and geographies. Prior to joining Sammontana, he spent over 17 years with Ferrero, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for North America, leading HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management through three major acquisitions. He was also instrumental in modernizing systems, reinforcing diversity and inclusion, and enhancing employee engagement.
Before that, Antonio held the role of HR Head for Asia Pacific, operating out of Singapore and Shanghai, where he developed key regional HR initiatives for over 2,000 employees across two manufacturing plants. He also served as HR Business Partner for Emerging Markets, supporting business strategy across Africa, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia.
Earlier in his career, Antonio served as Corporate HR Organizational Development Manager at Fiat Group in Turin, and as Corporate HR Development Manager at STMicroelectronics in Geneva, where he designed and deployed global performance management and talent programs. He started his professional journey at Praxis Management, gaining early exposure to recruitment and training.
