Anu Daga appointed Vice President HR, UK at DHL Express

London, UK, January 2026 — Anu Daga has stepped into a new role as Vice President HR, UK at DHL Express, marking a significant leadership appointment within the global logistics major. In her new position, she will lead the people and HR agenda for DHL Express in the UK, focusing on strengthening talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, and employee experience across the market.

Prior to this appointment, Anu Daga was associated with DHL Global Forwarding for close to six years, most recently serving as Global Vice President HR – Global Shared Services (GSC), DHL Global Forwarding. In this role, she was responsible for driving global HR strategy for shared services, partnering closely with business leaders to build scalable people practices across regions. Earlier at DHL Global Forwarding, she also worked as Senior Global Talent Development & Acquisition Manager, contributing to leadership development, global talent pipelines, and workforce capability building.

Before her tenure at DHL Global Forwarding, Anu Daga spent a substantial part of her career with DHL Express, where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles across the Middle East. As Head of Organizational Development, MENA, she focused on transformation, leadership effectiveness, and organisational design across the region.

Earlier, she served as Senior Director HR, UAE, where she led comprehensive HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with business growth and operational excellence.

She began her journey with DHL Express as HR Operations Manager, UAE, building a strong foundation in HR operations and people management, and progressively growing into senior regional and global leadership roles over a career spanning more than 15 years within the DHL Group.
