His vast experience in scaling revenue, optimizing customer experience, and driving growth strategies positions him as a key leader in Swiggy’s ongoing expansion.
Prior to joining Swiggy, Anuj Gupta co-founded Thimblerr, a fashion supply chain startup. He also played a critical role in business expansion and revenue growth at Zivame, where he served as Head of Revenue & Product before rising to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). At Myntra, he contributed to marketplace growth and customer engagement in roles such as Senior Manager – Growth and Business Manager. His deep knowledge of data-driven strategies, product innovation, and marketplace optimization will be instrumental in enhancing Swiggy Food Marketplace’s revenue model and customer retention.
