Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 — Anuja Trivedi has been elevated to Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer (CSMO) at Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. In her expanded role, she will drive the company’s marketing and brand strategy, strengthen consumer engagement, and lead digital and content-driven initiatives aimed at deepening Shemaroo’s presence across platforms and audiences.
Trivedi has been with Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. since May 2023, serving as Chief Marketing Officer, where she played a key role in rejuvenating brand visibility and enhancing audience connect. Her contributions include leading high-impact campaigns, strengthening Shemaroo’s multi-platform presence, and evolving its positioning in a competitive entertainment landscape.
Prior to Shemaroo, Trivedi spent nearly a decade at Disney Star, where she held senior leadership roles including Executive Director, Content Studio Strategy Head, and Vice President, Hindi and English Entertainment Strategy. At Disney Star, she was responsible for shaping content pipelines for both TV and Disney+ Hotstar, growing Star Plus viewership, and executing integrated marketing strategies that bolstered Star’s leadership in the Hindi GEC segment.
Trivedi’s earlier roles include Programme Manager at the World Gold Council, where she drove innovation in investment and jewellery products, and engaged with regulators on strategic policy initiatives. At McKinsey & Company, she worked as an Associate, advising global clients on growth, transformation, and go-to-market strategies. She began her career with roles at PwC and Morgan Stanley Advantage Services, building a foundation in finance, advisory, and corporate strategy.
