Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, March 2025 – EqualizeRCM has announced the appointment of Anupama Rammohan as its new Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, Anupama will lead the HR strategy and operations for India’s largest Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company, supporting a workforce of approximately 1,500 employees across Mysore and Coimbatore.
Prior to joining EqualizeRCM, Anupama worked as an Independent HR Consultant, providing strategic HR advisory services to leading organizations such as First American, MaxVal, Neutrinos, SADA, Anlage, and ANSR. During this tenure, she focused on HR transformation, leadership development, and talent management strategies to help organizations optimize their workforce planning and people operations.
Before that, she was Director – HR at Legato Health Technologies, where she played a pivotal role in building the HR infrastructure for the GCC of Anthem Inc. She successfully led the expansion of the company from inception to over 13,000 employees within three years, achieving high engagement and retention scores while driving key HR operations such as payroll and benefits administration.
Anupama has also held HR leadership roles at IMS Health, Theorem, and Hewlett Packard, where she led mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, strategic hiring, talent management, and HR process transformation. She holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from M.G. University and Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, reinforcing her deep expertise in HR strategy and organizational development.
