Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, March 2025 – RAK Ceramics has announced the appointment of Jasem Alkhateri as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With extensive leadership experience in human capital management, HR transformation, and organizational development, Jasem will spearhead RAK Ceramics’ people strategy, talent development, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Before joining RAK Ceramics, Jasem was the Group Chief People Officer at Emirates Steel Arkan, where he played a critical role in organizational effectiveness and HR operations. During his nearly eight-year tenure, he also served as Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Human Capital & Services, overseeing strategic workforce planning, talent development, and HR transformation initiatives.
Previously, he held the position of Human Resources Director at the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, where he led HR transformation projects and workforce optimization efforts. His career also includes over 12 years at Etisalat, where he held various leadership roles, including Director of Sales Planning & Forecasting and Sector Manager for Utilities, Shipping, and Oil.
Jasem holds an Executive MBA from United Arab Emirates University and has completed executive education in HR Strategy in Transforming Organizations at London Business School. His strategic expertise and leadership in HR operations will be instrumental in strengthening RAK Ceramics’ talent and workforce management strategy as the company continues its global expansion.
