Colombo, Sri Lanka, February 2025 – Anushi Jayasinghe has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at CAL, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent development, and organizational growth initiatives. With a strong background in human resources leadership, strategic workforce planning, and performance management, she is set to drive innovative HR practices that will support CAL’s continued success.
Before joining CAL, Anushi served as Human Resources Director at Hela Apparel Holdings, where she played a key role in talent acquisition, employer branding, and organizational development. Prior to that, she was Head of People and Organizational Development at HEINEKEN Lanka Limited, leading initiatives in succession planning, learning and development, and performance management.
Anushi spent over 17 years at MAS Holdings, where she held multiple roles, including Deputy General Manager – Human Resources. In this capacity, she was instrumental in HR strategy, compensation & benefits, and leadership coaching. She also had an extensive career in finance and business management, holding key positions such as Finance Executive, Group Management Accountant, and Finance Manager.
With her extensive expertise in HR leadership, financial strategy, and talent management, Anushi’s appointment at CAL marks a significant step in strengthening the company’s people-centric approach and fostering a high-performance work culture.
