Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Aprajit Kathuria has taken on the role of Head of Ecommerce at Atomberg Technologies, marking a new chapter in his distinguished career in digital business, marketing, and ecommerce strategy. In this capacity, he will be responsible for scaling Atomberg’s ecommerce operations and accelerating its digital transformation initiatives across platforms.
Before joining Atomberg Technologies, Aprajit Kathuria served as the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Solethreads for over five years. In this role, he was responsible for driving the entire D2C P&L, performance marketing, content strategy, and product innovation. His leadership helped the brand transition from a bootstrapped startup to a well-funded consumer company.

Prior to Solethreads, Aprajit spent nearly three years at Marico Limited, where he played dual roles — first as Category Marketing Manager and earlier as a Key Account Manager for Ecommerce. He was instrumental in building Marico’s ecommerce channel and launching several digital-first brands across personal care categories.
Earlier in his career, Aprajit held ecommerce and sales roles at Unilever, Philips, and Cavinkare, where he developed deep expertise in online marketplaces, consumer behavior, performance analytics, and growth strategy. At Unilever, he contributed significantly to expanding Amazon sales and was part of the formative ecommerce team. At Philips and Cavinkare, he handled trade marketing, regional sales, and product launches, further building his foundation in consumer goods.
He began his career as a Management Trainee at Cavinkare, rising through multiple sales and marketing roles over a span of more than two years.

Aprajit holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where he was an active participant in national-level marketing competitions. He also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology.
