Atul Jain appointed as Additional Director (Managing Director) at VIP Industries Limited

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — VIP Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Atul Jain as Additional Director (Managing Director) for a period of five years, effective September 23. With nearly three decades of leadership experience, Atul is set to bring strategic vision, innovation, and sustainable growth to the company’s next phase of expansion.

Atul Jain has built a distinguished career leading business growth, global expansion, and large-scale transformation across renowned organizations. He has held senior leadership roles at Samsung Electronics, LeEco, and Orient Electric, where he drove performance and market leadership. At Orient Electric, he played a pivotal role in strengthening exports and spearheading sustainability initiatives.

Beyond his corporate roles, Atul has contributed significantly to the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as Chairman of the Indian Fan Manufacturers’ Association, championing industry-wide initiatives on sustainability, energy efficiency, and regulatory frameworks.

Since 2016, Atul has also been active as an angel investor in B2B, B2C, and sustainability-focused startups, backing ventures that promote innovation and growth. More recently, he has served as a Senior Advisor in the private equity space, supporting consumer-focused businesses with operational and strategic expertise.

With this appointment, VIP Industries gains a leader known for his ability to align business transformation with innovation and long-term value creation, reinforcing its position as a global pioneer in travel gear and accessories.
