Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025—Archana Sahay has been appointed as the Global ESG Head at LTIMindtree, stepping into a pivotal role to advance the company’s sustainability and social responsibility efforts. With an 18-year tenure in corporate social responsibility and sustainability, Archana brings a wealth of experience from her previous position as CSR Head – APJ at Dell Technologies, where she led significant sustainability initiatives across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region.
Before joining LTIMindtree, Archana’s extensive career included leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, Cisco, and Vodafone India, where she managed large-scale CSR programs, ESG compliance, and government relations. Her efforts at Cisco were recognized with the prestigious Golden Peacock Award for CSR, highlighting her effective strategies in corporate responsibility.
In her new role at LTIMindtree, Archana is set to enhance the company’s ESG frameworks, drive sustainability reporting, and implement impactful social initiatives, aiming to propel LTIMindtree towards a more sustainable and socially responsible future.
