London, England, United Kingdom, January 2025 – April Duckman has been appointed as Head of Talent Sourcing, Growth & Development at CMS Distribution. In her new role, she will lead the company’s Talent Sourcing & Onboarding, People Development, People Data Analytics & Reporting, and Creative & Communications teams, supporting the evolving People Operations Business Unit.
April Duckman has been with CMS Distribution for over eight years, holding various leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Head of Brand & Communications, where she led commercial and operational marketing strategies, focusing on digital transformation and employee engagement. Before that, she was the Head of Talent Success, driving talent attraction and learning strategies while supporting the board with key people data insights and organizational design expertise.
Prior to joining CMS Distribution, she worked as a Psychometric Consultant at Thomas International, specializing in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and employee engagement for a diverse range of clients across London. She also held a Recruitment Resourcer role at Farrer Barnes Ltd, gaining experience in talent acquisition.
