In her new role, she will lead the company’s Talent Sourcing & Onboarding, People Development, People Data Analytics & Reporting, and Creative & Communications teams, supporting the evolving People Operations Business Unit.
April Duckman has been with CMS Distribution for over eight years, holding various leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Head of Brand & Communications, where she led commercial and operational marketing strategies, focusing on digital transformation and employee engagement. Before that, she was the Head of Talent Success, driving talent attraction and learning strategies while supporting the board with key people data insights and organizational design expertise.

She also held a Recruitment Resourcer role at Farrer Barnes Ltd, gaining experience in talent acquisition.
