In this role, she will oversee initiatives aimed at driving employee engagement, fostering a strong organizational culture, and supporting ABBYY’s growth as a leader in intelligent automation solutions.
April transitions to ABBYY after serving as Vice President, Human Resources & Talent Management at Netspend, where she led HR strategies to support business transformation and growth for 1.5 years. Her efforts focused on strategic workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to Netspend, April worked at Indeed.com as Director of Human Resources, where she contributed significantly to shaping a people-centric culture over her three-year tenure. She implemented key programs in talent acquisition and development that bolstered the company’s reputation as a leading employer.
April also spent 12 years at Endurance International Group, where she held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources. In this capacity, she oversaw HR operations, leadership development, and employee relations, ensuring alignment between business goals and people strategies.
Her early career includes impactful roles at Charter Communications and Familian Northwest, where she gained invaluable experience in employee benefits, client services, and contact center operations.
