Bangkok City, Thailand, May 2025 – Hi-Tech Apparel has appointed Arindam Mukherjee as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead its HR transformation across Southeast Asia and North Africa. Based at the company’s Thailand headquarters, Arindam will be responsible for aligning human resources strategy with Hi-Tech Apparel’s growth agenda, including digital transformation, talent optimization, and culture building across a 14,000+ strong workforce.
In this pivotal role, Arindam will focus on advancing strategic business partnering, enabling HR digitalization, improving employee experience, and implementing robust DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) practices. He will also support the company’s significant expansion into North Africa, particularly Egypt, by steering talent and culture initiatives to sustain scalable and inclusive growth.
Prior to joining Hi-Tech Apparel, Arindam served as Founder & CEO of Talent Intellect, a consulting firm focused on agile people strategies and future-ready leadership. He also co-founded TAD International Business Services, offering talent and business solutions with a strong emphasis on culture and innovation.
Earlier, he was Vice President & Group Head of Human Resources at SVI Public Company Limited, where he led HR for the electronics manufacturing giant with global operations across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at DKSH, holding global leadership roles such as Global Head of HR, VP HR for Asia Pacific, and Group Head of Compensation & Benefits, spanning offices in Thailand, Singapore, and Switzerland.
Arindam also held strategic HR roles at Hilti Group in Liechtenstein, IBM Global Services, and Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation in India. His career began at Duncans Tea Limited as a Welfare Officer, setting the foundation for a three-decade journey in HR transformation, leadership development, and global workforce strategy.
