Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, November 2025 — Connie A. has been elevated to the role of Chief People Officer at Ripio, marking a significant milestone in her continued leadership within the organization. In this newly elevated role, she will guide Ripio’s people strategy across Latin America, the United States, and Europe, supporting the company’s mission of expanding blockchain-based financial solutions and enabling digital financial inclusion.
In her most recent role at Ripio, Connie served as Head of People, where she led people development, organizational culture, and strategic HR initiatives across fast-scaling geographies for approximately two years. Her work focused on enhancing employee experience, supporting leadership capability, and embedding HR practices tailored for a rapidly expanding fintech and crypto ecosystem.
Before joining Ripio, Connie held the position of HR Director LATAM & US at Reserve, where she led cross-regional HR strategy, remote-first culture building, and capability development across Latin America and the United States. She also contributed to academia during this period, serving as Profesora Adjunta – People Experience with Universidad del CEMA, enriching executive education programs with her industry expertise.
Earlier, Connie served in senior people leadership roles across multiple global tech and digital organizations. She was Head of People & Talent LATAM & US at Altoros, and Head of People & Talent LATAM & EMEA at Protofire, where she managed remote-first distributed teams across markets, supported organizational scaling, and strengthened talent practices across blockchain and technology environments. Prior to that, she served as Head of People & Culture LATAM at Kids Corp, shaping regional culture and people systems for a leading digital kids’ marketing technology company.
Connie’s foundational experience was built at IMS Internet Media Services (Aleph Group, Inc.), where over more than five years she progressed through key HR roles including HRBP Manager for Brazil, Chile, México & EMEA, Regional Total Rewards Supervisor, and Senior Payroll Specialist (LATAM & USA). She began her HR career at Gestión Compartida as an HR Analyst, followed by an early role as Payroll Specialist at TeleTech, gaining strong expertise across payroll, compensation, HR operations, and regional labor landscapes across the Americas.
