With nearly 25 years at Gibson Energy, Sue has played an integral role in strengthening HR operations, elevating employee experience, and supporting business transformation across the company’s terminals, processing facilities, and organizational units.

Sue’s career at Gibson Energy spans close to 25 years, reflecting deep organizational knowledge and long-term commitment. Before her promotion, she most recently served as GM HR Operations and Organizational & Employee Development, a role she held for approximately seven years. In this capacity, she led core HR functions, organizational development initiatives, and key programs that shaped workforce capability, leadership excellence, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Earlier, Sue spent close to 18 years as Manager Compensation, where she oversaw compensation strategy, pay structures, job evaluation processes, and reward mechanisms that supported talent attraction, retention, and internal equity. Her leadership in compensation governance played a crucial role in strengthening Gibson Energy’s HR frameworks during multiple phases of organizational evolution.

Sue’s promotion to Vice President Human Resources recognizes her long-standing contributions, deep expertise, and trusted leadership across the HR function.
