Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — FatakSecure, the insurance arm of FatakPay – a digital financial wellness platform, has appointed Raushan Singh as Head of Product for its insurance business. His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and accelerating innovation as it scales its insurance business.
In his new role, Raushan will lead FatakSecure’s product vision, roadmap and implementation, with a focus on building end-to-end insurance ecosystem and AI-enabled experiences across the company.
Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, he will focus on strengthening insurance product capabilities, enhancing customer journeys, and building intelligent, scalable platforms that meet consumers’ insurance protection needs.
Raushan brings a decade of experience in building and scaling digital products across fintech, insurtech, enterprise SaaS, and artificial intelligence. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale product transformations across India and Asia, developing platforms that have collectively served millions of consumers while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining FatakSecure, Raushan served as Lead Product Manager at Kiwi General Insurance, where he led the end-to-end transformation of the company’s digital motor claims platform. Earlier, he held leadership roles at FlexiLoans, EpiMoney and Navneet Future Tech. He also worked across Hong Kong and Mainland China, developing AI-powered enterprise platforms.
Raushan holds a degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, and has completed an AI Product Management certification.
His appointment reinforces FatakSecure’s continued investment in technology, product innovation and customer-centric design as it builds an integrated insurance ecosystem to provide simple, affordable and accessible digital first insurance products for the un-insured and under-insured Bharat.
