Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2025 – Arjun Chatterjee has joined DAMAC Properties as Head of Global Capability Centers Talent Acquisition & Management. In this strategic leadership role, he will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and management for DAMAC’s GCC operations, playing a vital role in expanding and shaping the talent blueprint for the organization’s India center.
Prior to this appointment, Arjun was associated with Sun Life for nearly 4 years, where he served as Director – Talent Acquisition. He led enterprise-wide recruitment across technology, operations, and corporate functions, driving significant hiring transformations and diversity outcomes. He also led the build-out of Sun Life’s Bengaluru center, contributing to its emergence as a key global delivery hub.
Previously, Arjun worked at American Express for close to 4 years, where he headed technology recruitment across India. His earlier experience at Audax Labs as Director – Enterprise Sales & Head of HR, and at Convergys as Senior TA Leader for India, China, and Malaysia, reflect his deep cross-functional expertise in talent strategy across multiple geographies and business domains.
In earlier roles at Aon Hewitt, InterraIT, Indosys Corporation, and Rose International, Arjun built strong foundations in global sourcing, transformation, and human capital optimization. His journey began with GE Capital, and over the last two decades, he has consistently demonstrated a visionary approach to talent management.
Arjun holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from IIT Bombay – Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management and recently completed the Future CHRO Programme at Indian School of Business (ISB). His deep understanding of global HR practices, combined with his strategic foresight, positions him to lead DAMAC’s evolving talent agenda across its expanding global footprint.
