With an extensive background in human resources leadership, talent management, and organizational development, she brings a wealth of experience to the role.
Cheri D. Benedetti has been an integral part of The Villages Health System for nearly six years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Human Resources Officer, where she played a crucial role in workforce planning, leadership coaching, and strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this, she held the position of Vice President of Human Resources, where she led key HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition.
Before joining The Villages Health System, she served as HR Regional Manager, Associate Business Partner at AdventHealth, where she spearheaded organizational development strategies, compensation planning, and workforce engagement. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Florida Medical Clinic, P.A., where she was responsible for HR operations, corporate training, and employee experience programs.
