Kolkata, West Bengal, India, March 2026 — Arnab Das has started a new position as AGM – HR at Skipper Limited. Based in Kolkata in an on-site capacity, he joins the organisation with experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, and end-to-end HR support in industrial and infrastructure-linked businesses.
Prior to joining Skipper Limited, Arnab Das served as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at MSP Steel in Kolkata, where he was associated with talent acquisition leadership for over three years.
Earlier, he worked with Mani Group, Kolkata as Asst. Manager – HR, following an earlier role as Asst. Manager – HR at Ispat Group. He previously served as Asst. Manager – HR at Rashmi Group, where his responsibilities included manpower planning, multi-level recruitment and salary negotiations, onboarding and induction, employee data and ERP updates, orientation programs, employee benefit and disciplinary matters, leave and payroll records, payroll processing and reconciliation, exit formalities and full-and-final settlements, and serving as a point of contact for employee queries across policies, salary, leaves, attendance, and benefits. His work also included strategic manpower planning support, job descriptions and KRAs, and interfacing with management and department heads to align hiring with business objectives.
Earlier in his career, he worked with ABC Consultants as Research Associate of Engineering Process & Infrastructure Verticle, managing full lifecycle recruitment for middle and senior roles across engineering, process, and infrastructure sectors, including client engagement, interview coordination, post-interview feedback, invoicing, and reference checks. He also served as a Consultant at Analytic Consultancy Bureau Pvt. Ltd., where he worked across recruitment delivery and business development responsibilities, including end-to-end hiring, client coordination, negotiations, offer and appointment processes, and relationship building.
