Arpit Garg Appointed as President, Weber Shandwick India and Head of Weber Advisory India at The Weber Shandwick Collective

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Arpit Garg has started a new role as President, Weber Shandwick India and Head of Weber Advisory India at The Weber Shandwick Collective (TWSC). In this expanded leadership mandate, Garg will lead Weber Shandwick’s India operations while steering the firm’s advisory practice, strengthening TWSC’s strategic communications, reputation, and advisory capabilities in one of its most important growth markets.

Garg joins TWSC after a highly impactful phase with Adfactors PR, where he spent more than six years and most recently served as Senior Vice President. At Adfactors, he co-led the Strategic Communications Group, advising some of the firm’s most high-impact clients across telecom, technology, e-commerce, infrastructure, and media & entertainment. During this period, he partnered with Corporate Practice leaders to drive a turnaround that delivered a 25% revenue CAGR over five years, onboarded more than 20 high-value clients, and built a growth-driven, inclusive team culture with consistently low client attrition. He also designed and delivered more than 40 specialized workshops for over 200 CXOs, expanding the firm’s advisory and capability-building offerings beyond traditional media training.

Earlier, Garg served as Vice President at Adfactors PR, and prior to that built deep sectoral communications expertise at Genesis BCW and Siemens Ltd., where he held roles including South Asia Cluster Communication Lead – Energy and Corporate Communications – Energy Sector, managing multi-market marketing budgets and representing South Asia at global communications forums. He began his career in public relations with Vaishnavi Corporate Communications and Concept Public Relations, working on marquee mandates including Tata Group companies and large-scale IPO communications.
