Delhi, India, October 2025 — Arpit Saxena has been appointed as Head of Operations at PepsiCo India, marking an exciting new chapter in his accomplished career in manufacturing, process engineering, and operations management. In this strategic leadership role, Arpit will oversee operational excellence, continuous improvement, and large-scale transformation projects aimed at driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth across PepsiCo’s India operations.
Arpit brings with him over a decade of global and cross-functional experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Before joining PepsiCo, he served as Project Manager at RB Karesi (Turkey), where he led high-impact process engineering and project implementation initiatives. His prior international experience also includes his tenure with Meghna Group of Industries (Bangladesh) and PT Indorama Polypet Indonesia, where he contributed to end-to-end project management, commissioning, and operational enhancement initiatives across multiple sites.
Earlier in his career, Arpit worked with JPFL Films Private Limited (Jindal Poly Films) and Reliance Industries Limited, where he gained hands-on expertise in manufacturing process optimization, automation, and technical leadership. He began his professional journey with Vacmet India Ltd, developing a strong foundation in industrial operations and process control.
Arpit’s exposure across India, Turkey, Bangladesh, and Indonesia has honed his understanding of global best practices in manufacturing, engineering, and operations strategy. His leadership at PepsiCo will focus on building agile systems, enabling operational resilience, and driving transformation aligned with PepsiCo’s sustainability and growth ambitions.
