Stockholm, Sweden, August 2024 – Åsa Forssner has been appointed as the new Head of People at Indutrade Process, Energy & Water, where she will be responsible for overseeing HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development across the business unit. Åsa brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having worked in various HR leadership positions within prominent organizations.
Career Journey: Before joining Indutrade Process, Energy & Water, Åsa served as the People & Culture Business Partner at Trustly for approximately 1.5 years, where she played a crucial role in supporting the company’s rapid expansion by implementing HR strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Previously, she was the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Zmarta Group for about 4.5 years, where she led several HR initiatives including talent management, employee engagement, and cultural transformation efforts.
Earlier in her career, Åsa worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Electrolux for 2 years, where she developed and executed talent acquisition strategies to enhance the recruitment process for the global workforce.
In addition to these roles, Åsa held various HR and recruitment positions at Adecco and Fircroft Recruitment, accumulating over 10 years of experience in recruitment, HR management, and business development across different industries and regions.
