Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2025 – Asha Jha has stepped into the role of Head of People Operations at Obbserv, where she will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive organizational development, and lead strategic talent initiatives to support the company’s digital growth journey. In her new role, Asha brings a strong focus on talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and cultural integration across global teams.
Prior to this appointment, Asha was serving as TA-Head of HR at Obbserv, based in Dubai, where she led recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. She played a key role in aligning the organization’s hiring strategy with business goals, and ensuring a high-impact employee experience in a hybrid setup.
Earlier in her career, she served as HR Manager at Interactive Brokers, where she managed HR operations, immigration processes, performance reviews, and global recruitment strategies. She has also held impactful roles at FutureWorks Media Limited, Prime Focus Technologies, and ITM Group of Institutions, where she handled end-to-end hiring, campus partnerships, and performance appraisal frameworks.
Asha’s HR foundation was built through earlier roles at Pinnacle Infovision Pvt. Ltd, where she served for over four years in various HR capacities, developing expertise in recruitment, rewards, succession planning, and employee engagement. Her career is marked by agility, stakeholder-centricity, and a strong sense of organizational alignment.
