Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – Ashish Musaddi has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Integrace Health, bringing with him nearly two decades of rich HR leadership experience across top pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. In this new position, Ashish will drive strategic HR transformation, talent development, and cultural alignment to support Integrace’s rapid growth and therapy-focused healthcare mission.
Prior to joining Integrace, Ashish Musaddi held several progressive leadership roles at Cipla for over seven years. Most recently, he served as Head of People, Culture & Organization Effectiveness, following his tenure as Vice President – Talent Management, L&D, Culture and Org Development and Global Head – Culture Transformation, Talent Management & Learning. At Cipla, Ashish was instrumental in shaping the company’s global people strategy, learning ecosystems, and future-ready organizational culture.
Before Cipla, he was Senior Director & Head HR – Europe & Emerging Markets, where he built high-impact regional HR frameworks. He also served as Regional HR Head for India, Middle East, Africa & Turkey at LyondellBasell, delivering transformation across geographies.
Earlier in his career, Ashish contributed to HR business partnering and organizational development at leading firms including Novartis, Bausch & Lomb, Panarc Consulting, MSD, and AstraZeneca, consistently strengthening people capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
