Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2024 – Ashish Puri has taken on a new role as the Director of Talent Acquisition for APJI (Asia Pacific, Japan & India) at NetApp, a global leader in data infrastructure solutions. In this key position, Ashish will be responsible for leading talent acquisition strategies across the region, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent to drive its business objectives.
Before joining NetApp, Ashish served as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – India & APAC at Boeing for approximately six and a half years. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in overseeing recruitment operations across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on building a robust talent pipeline to support Boeing’s growth in the area.
Prior to Boeing, Ashish was the India Talent Acquisition Manager at DXC Technology for nearly two years, where he led efforts to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience in a highly competitive market.
Ashish’s extensive experience also includes his role as Staffing & Recruitment Manager at Mercer for over four years, where he was responsible for leading recruitment strategies and supporting the organization’s expansion in India.
Earlier in his career, Ashish held various talent acquisition roles at companies such as Patni Computer Systems, Hewitt Associates, and Keane BTS, where he gained a solid foundation in recruitment and leadership hiring.
