Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Ashish Warrier has been appointed as the Group Head – HR & Administration at Classic Marble Company (CMC) and KalingaStone. With over 17 years of experience across human resources, talent management, and organizational development, Ashish will spearhead HR strategies, compliance, and employee engagement at CMC, aligning with the company’s vision of global leadership in the marble and engineered stone industry.
Prior to joining CMC, Ashish served as Lead – Talent Management and DEI & Asia R&D HRBP at Aliaxis, where he led HR initiatives for the APAC R&D Centre in Bangalore. During his tenure, he successfully implemented global talent reviews, enhanced employee engagement, and fostered a positive work culture.

Before Aliaxis, Ashish contributed significantly at Duroflex as Lead – Talent Partnering, driving organizational growth from INR 600 Cr to INR 1300 Cr by developing innovative HR strategies, streamlining policies, and ensuring compliance. Earlier, he held a pivotal role at Ather Energy, where he led the Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Policy Functions, driving employee satisfaction and scaling the workforce from 250 to 1500+ employees during its rapid expansion phase.
Ashish’s career journey also includes impactful tenures at EICL Limited, Jubilant Life Sciences, and MTS – Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd, where he honed his expertise in recruitment, corporate HR, and compliance. His foundation in the HR domain is enriched by diverse experiences, including roles with Royal Challengers Sports Pvt. Ltd. and the Karnataka State Cricket Association.
