With a deep-rooted career in HR management and operations, Gopala brings valuable expertise in workforce planning, policy formulation, and team management, which will be instrumental as Apollo Home Healthcare continues its mission to provide world-class healthcare services directly to people’s homes.
Gopala joins Apollo Home Healthcare after a successful 13-year tenure with Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic, where he most recently served as Associate Vice President of HR. In this role, he oversaw HR operations, workforce planning, and policy development, establishing streamlined processes and effective team management. Previously, as Senior Manager at Oliva, he further honed his skills in problem-solving and HR software management, contributing significantly to operational excellence.
Earlier in his career, Gopala served as Manager at Apollo Logistics Inc. and Narayana-Health, where he strengthened his expertise in HR policy formulation and team management. His initial HR roles included positions as Human Resources Executive at Blue Ocean Biz Solutions and Pravana Integrated Technologies, where he gained foundational experience in HR operations and strategic planning.
